  • Cost of deviation, in case you want to deviate from the group & Cost of optional tours.

Terms and Conditions

  • Booking amount or initial deposit is minimum Rs. 40,000 per person if booking is done 21 days before travel.
  • Full 100% balance payment is required to be done 21 days prior to travel.
  • Full payment must be made in accordance with the policy stated above.
  • In case of non-compliance thereto by the client, the company reserves a right to cancel the tour /booking of the client and forfeit the amount already deposited with the Company.
  • Passport should be valid for 6 months from the date of departure.
  • The tour includes Flights, Visa and Insurance.
  • The Tour can be cancelled 30 days before travel by paying 25% of the tour value as cancellation charges.
  • Within 15 days - 30 days of travel the tour can be cancelled by paying 50% of the cancellation charge.
  • Within 15 days the tour is completely non-refundable.
  • We cannot make seat selection in group tour from our end if guest wants to seats together guest have to inform at boarding counter at airport for same.
  • The internal airline used are LCC, no food will be served on board. It allows only 20 kg check in luggage and 07 kg cabin luggage. Excess baggage charged will be bear by guest
  • There will be American or continental breakfast serve at the hotel and the company cannot make any changes in the breakfast.
  • Lunch/dinner wherever provided on tour is pre-set menus by the restaurants . The meal type selected by the guest such as veg. / non. Veg. Is subject to availability at restaurants or airlines.
  • Meals in a restaurant should be South Indian only with Rasam & Curd Must.
  • On day 07 lunch will be provided from Bangkok restaurant only
  • Please note there will be no bed for the child (3 – 6 years) in the room
  • There will be extra bed for the child (6 – 11 years) in the room.
  • Check in time is 15:00 hrs and check out time is 11:00 hrs
  • Given package cost is on basic first category room. If guest want to upgrade room category supplement cost will be bear by guest.
  • If guest want to do early check in or late check out there will be supplement cost and bear by guest
  • Porterage is not included in the package and clients will have to carry their bags on their own or can take help of bell boy own you own price.
  • During sightseeing driver will try his best to park as much closer he can, from there guest has to make his way by walk or they have to make their own transfer if require any.
  • In case of coach breakdown, the company will do the best effort to fix the problem as soon as possible. But make sure there will Be No refund for inconvenience cause.
  • Request to all guest please don’t leave any unattended item in vehicle while leaving the vehicle. The company is not responsible for any loss or damage.
  • There is no specific seat allocation. Allocate based on first cum first serve basis.
  • Direct joining guest have to arrange hotel transfer for check in & check out day by them self.
  • Any increase in visa fee /airfare / fuel price / change in government regulations taxes etc. Will affect your tour cost.
  • Tour itinerary will be strictly followed as per timing. In unavoidable situation our tour manager can make changes with the concern of head office. Tour manager is not authorized to make changes in itinerary as per guest convenience.
  • In case of any deportation due to immigration and custom clearance, the company will not be responsible. There will be no refund for tour package.
  • Optional sightseeing has to be pre-book with an additional cost.
  • There is no refund for any unutilized services.
  • Itinerary cost does not include any personal nature expenses. Such as tips, misc. Expenses, laundry, liquor, porterage etc…
  • International tour guest must have to reach airport before 3 hrs. Of departure time.
  • NOTE: Minor program changes are sometimes necessary, depending on road- and weather Conditions
  • Safari world can be shifted on the last day based on the departure flight from Thailand.
  • Day to Day Itinerary will be based on the flight timing (the above itinerary is based on Indigo Ex: BLR)
